"Details": "A man had recently purchased food he was approached by a group of teens in ski masks early Wednesday morning.\n\r\nOfficers were dispatched to the area of N. Lake St. and University Ave. around 12:55 a.m.\n\r\nThe teens asked for the bag and beat the man when he refused to give it to them.\n\r\nThe teens ran from the area before police arrived.\n\r\nThey were located and detained by officers in another agency. Two of the teens tried to run from those officers but were quickly taken into custody.\n\r\nA 15-year-old male was arrested for battery, disorderly conduct, obstructing and resisting arrest.\n\r\nA 16-year-old male was arrested for battery, disorderly conduct and resisting.\n\r\nA 15-year-old male was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct.\u00a0\n\r\nAll three teens were arrested to taken to Juvenile Reception Center.\u00a0\nReleased 07/18/2025 at 1:08 PM by PIO Stephanie Fryer",
