Fifth Street around 7:40 a.m.\n\r\nThe suspect used red spray paint to write a message in the driveway and poured fake blood near the door of the home.\u00a0\n\r\nWitnesses reported an air horn going off as the suspect was leaving the area.\n\r\nTwo hours later, officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Keyes Ave. for another report of damage to property.\n\r\nA homeowner reported someone used red spray paint to write a message in the driveway of the home. Gilman St. around 11 p.m. on Wednesday.\n\r\nThe man began spitting at officers as they approached him.\n\r\nOfficers then arrested the man for discharging bodily fluids at police.\n\r\nAs he is being booked in for these charges, officers are dispatched to a home along the 100 block of W. Johnson Street.\n\r\nA woman arrived home around 12:45 a.m. on Thursday to find someone had broken into her garage.\n\r\nSome of the items missing were a unicycle, bike lock and liquor. While officers are talking to him, a woman attempted to intervene and began threatening officers. While in custody, she attempted to bribe officers to release her.\n\r\nJayla J.
