Lake Street when it was stolen shortly before 11 p.m. on Sunday.\n\r\nLater that night, the vehicle was used to try to break into the Fitchburg store.\n\r\nThe vehicle was not at the scene when Fitchburg officers arrived and is still missing. Burks, 41, was arrested for strangulation, kidnapping, false imprisonment, battery and robbery.\n\r\nOther suspects were located the following day.\n\r\nCamille L. Bittorf, 33, was arrested for kidnapping.\n\r\nSamuel A.
