"UPDATE 2 - 6/23/2025 AT 10:27 A.M.": "Update\n\n The Madison Police Department needs the public's help in locating a suspected wanted for attempted homicide. Detectives are searching for 22-year-old Jamell D. Grant-Amos. Grant-Amos is wanted for a drive-by shooting outside a store on the 4400 block of Milwaukee St. on June 11. UPDATE 1 - 6/12/2025 AT 10:42 A.M. The 22-year-old victim was alert as he was taken to the hospital. His injuries are not considered life-threatening. The victim was shot while in a store parking lot on 4400 block of Milwaukee Street. The shooter was a passenger in a vehicle that drove by. Multiple shell casings were recovered at the scene. Two firearms were recovered as part of this investigation. No arrests have been made as of Thursday morning. This remains an ongoing investigation. "Details": "The Madison Police Department is investigating after a person was shot along the 4400 block of Milwaukee Street.\n\r\nMultiple people reported the shooting around 2:30 p.m.\n\r\nAn adult male suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to the hospital.\n\r\nNo arrests have been made.\n\r\nMultiple officers are in the area of Copernicus Way\u00a0as of 5 p.m. on Wednesday as part of this investigation.\n\r\nAnyone with information is asked to contact Madison Area Crime Stoppers at 608-266-6014 or online at p3tips.com. Information may be shared anonymously.\u00a0\n\r\nMPD's Violent Crimes Unit is currently investigating the incident. "Details": "A Madison man was arrested for terrorist threats after posting concerning social media messages online.\n\r\nThe Madison Police Department was notified of these messages late Thursday night.\n\r\nA search warrant was executed. Multiple guns and electronics were seized from the apartment.\u00a0\n\r\nDeJaun Angelo, 22, was arrested around 2:15 p.m. on Friday at an apartment along the 900 block of Williamson St. He was booked into the Dane County Jail on the terrorist threats charges shortly after being taken into custody.\u00a0\n\r\nDuring the search of the home, multiple pounds of marijuana were observed.
